New iEdison System Launch: Prepare for Downtime & Transition

Cost Transfer Policy: Edit to the $1,000 Threshold Language

GMAS Update: July 2022 Release

GMAS will be unavailable beginning at 6PM on Friday July 15th. This outage is to support the upcoming July 2022 release scheduled to be available by the start of business on Monday July 18th. The focus of this release includes enhancements to support new notification preferences and a new daily digest.

PI Dashboard Annual Fiscal Year & Balance Forward Schedule FY22-23

The HUIT PI Dashboard team is finalizing preparations for the annual fiscal year/balance forward rollover process (ie. rolling over the balances for non-sponsored accounts to the new fiscal year). This year, the rollover is scheduled for Monday evening, August 8, 2022.

Guidance for Surgeon Effort Level on AHRQ Individual Mentored K Awards

AHRQ released NOT-HS-22-018 to announce a change in the minimum effort requirement for individual mentored K awards funded by AHRQ for surgeons with active surgical duties.
