The Harvard Chan School Research Administration Support Team (RAST) provides grant lifecycle services to the academic departments and centers at the School.
RAST Services for Departments and Centers
- Pre-Award Group: The pre-award group is comprised of grants managers who assist designated departments and centers with their proposal applications. For pre-award services, contact Sam Kasuli
- Coverage Group: The coverage group provides grants manager services to departments and centers upon request and based on availability. For coverage support services, contact Angela Brazeau or Armand Inezian
- Training Support: Rachel Link is available to provide training support to research administrators.
- Disclosure Compliance: Louis Venturelli is available to answer questions and provide assistance related to outside activity disclosures
Pre-award Intake Form for All Departments
RAST has created a new unified Pre-Award Intake Form for all departments/centers to use during the pre-award stage. This form gathers information for upcoming proposals for the pre-award grants manager, who will contact the PI with follow-up questions, proposal requirements, and the timeline for submission. Please bookmark the webpage of the new intake form and inform PIs of the change.
