The Post-Award Metrics (PAM) is a customized SPA report ran monthly to quantify and provide visibility into potential financial risks for the School. SPA runs the PAMs files every ~16th of the month, therefore, departments must add their comments by the 15th of every month.

Boot Camp Training is now available on HCSRA. Boot Camp is a training resource developed by the Harvard Chan School. It reviews key aspects of the award life cycle and provides tools for effective award management. The training is recommended for all new hires.
