To provide further clarification, OSP updated the $1,000 threshold language in the Cost Transfer (CT) policy from “A  single direct cost of $1,000 or less” to “The original transaction as posted to the General Ledger was $1,000 or less." The following documents were edited due to this change effective 7/6/2022:
