Notice NOT-OD-24-086 informs the applicant and recipient communities of changes to grant application forms and application guide instructions for due dates on or after January 25, 2025. Update to B2P Open Commitment Report

The B2P Open Commitment Report has recently been updated to include ALL open purchase orders. It was brought to our attention that at some point the filters on the report had changed, and it was only showing partially invoiced purchase orders in the results. The intent of the report is to show all open purchase orders (no invoices, partially invoiced, fully, and over invoiced), so that administrators can determine if any action is needed.
