Harvard Chan School's PI Dashboard and Reporting Project is focused on creating resources to assist department GMs, ADFs, and PIs to work and communicate more effectively using the University's PI Dashboard Application. Monthly PI/GM Meeting and Agenda Resource
Monthly meetings between PIs (Principal Investigators) and GMs (Grants Manager) are an important method of presenting up-to-date and accurate information to PIs. With limited time to meet, what do you prioritize? It's a resource for new and experienced Grants Managers who are looking to get the most out of their meetings with faculty regarding their grant portfolios.
PI Salary Effort Allocation Resource
The new Salary Effort Calculator (SEC) excel file has two purposes:
- First, it's to be used as document back-up for costing changes for all faculty (6010 and 6020 object codes) and any Research Associates/Scientists who are also a PI.
- Second, it's to be used as a template when creating salary journals for this same group. Along with the detailed listing (or ecrt payroll report) it will be attached as back up in Wasabi.
