HIO Online Registration

The HIO registration process for incoming students and scholars is now entirely online.  Newly arriving students and scholars should NOT be instructed to register in-person at the HIO. Please update any materials you provide to incoming students and scholars that include details about HIO registration and refer them to the following links. 2023 Yearly Access Review (YAR) Due December 4

Buy-2-Pay: New Release Updates

November 10, 2023

This weekend the B2P system was unavailable to allow for a new system release. The attached document highlights the minor changes that were made this weekend. AP will be reviewing these changes at our Monthly AP meeting next week. The 2 main changes in the upgrade are as follows: 

  1. When receiving in B2P you no longer need to choose quantity or cost receipt. With the new release the system will give you the appropriate option based on how you set up the PO in B2P....

Buy-to-Pay Update

October 31, 2023

Buy-to-Pay (B2P) will be unavailable on the weekend of 11/3/23 due to a planned 23.3 maintenance release. Changes will be in place for Monday, November 6, 2023. For more information, please refer to the 23.3 What’s Changing Guide (coming soon). Starts: Friday, November 3, 8pm ET. Ends: Sunday, November 5, 12pm ET.
