This weekend the B2P system was unavailable to allow for a new system release. The attached document highlights the minor changes that were made this weekend. AP will be reviewing these changes at our Monthly AP meeting next week. The 2 main changes in the upgrade are as follows: 

1. When receiving in B2P you no longer need to choose quantity or cost receipt. With the new release the system will give you the appropriate option based on how you set up the PO in B2P. 
2. When doing a supplier search you will have the option between using the classic (current) search or a new search which allows for more options for searching/reporting. One item that may be of interest is that you can add in a column for ‘invited by’ into your search. In order to use the new search be sure to hit the save button to save your new search option.
