GMAS Resource Website

Most research administrators at Harvard University are very familiar with GMAS (Grants Management Application Suite), the University’s system of record for proposals, awards, financials, and documentation related to sponsored projects. However, some people may not be aware of the GMAS resource website. 

Although we recommend that explore the website in its entirety, we listed a few of our favorite resources:

• GMAS Blog - subscribe to the GMAS blog's listserv and scroll through previous blog posts
• GMAS Job Aids - view all job aids or filter through job aids by topics or user roles
• GMAS FAQs
• GMAS Release Notes - view the enhancements and bug fixes related to a specific GMAS update (tip: the latest GMAS release notes outline the details of today's GMAS Subagreement module enhancement)
