GMAS May 2022 Release

The May 2022 GMAS release will be available as of the start of business on Thursday, May 5th 2022. The focus of this release includes enhancements to support displaying preferred names in GMAS. Additional enhancements include updates to the GMAS person feed and tracking if proposals included subrecipients, as well as bug fixes. 

Highlight of the changes in this release include:

  • Initial proposals and competing renewals will now ask whether the proposal has subrecipients
  • GMAS will now display a person’s preferred name
  • Continuation and Supplement requests can only be created once the research team has been confirmed
  • Moving the location of comments from the bubble icon in the upper right corner of the screen to a new panel on Cost sharing, International Collaboration, Edit research team, and Confirm research team request
