The Review Period for the FY20 Dual Certification for Q4 Project Certifications and FY20 Annual Certification opens today. The review of project statements and annual certifications by Grants Managers and Primary Effort Coordinators ensures that statements are certified correctly when the certification period opens on September 22, 2020.
