DESCRIPTION:   In preparation for the early July implementation of new questions in GMAS to consolidate the collection of information related to international collaborations, activities and resources, this training session is offered specifically to focus on the role of grant managers, , and others who enter proposals in GMAS.  This session is also applicable to Assistant and Associate Directors of Finance who may review proposals prior to lock & route.  The objectives of the session are to provide participants with the knowledge needed to:

·         Recognize the importance of each international component

·         Understand your responsibilities as “Grant Manager” and “Proposal Reviewer” in the overall process

·         Accurately identify and enter international components in GMAS
