The Statement of Intent (SOI) was revised to include the required language for foreign subagreements on NIH projects. The use of the revised SOI is effective immediately. If you are working with a foreign subrecipient that uses their own SOI form, please make sure they have the required language included in their version.

Changes to Procurement Policy – Effective 09/01/2023

Changes have been made to the purchasing thresholds of the Procurement Policy with an effective date of 09/01/2023.

The threshold has been increased from $250,000-$699,999.99 to $250,000-$750,000 and ≥$700,000 to >$750,000.
