Due to the recent changes made to the GMAS Research Team guidance, we updated our School's Outside Activity & Interest Reporting (OAIR) Approval Cheat Sheet. The updated language specifies that, for Harvard Chan School, if there is an investigator on a subaward without an fCOI policy at their institution, they must be flagged as investigator in GMAS and complete a paper OAIR/fCOI certification form.

To determine whether a subrecipient organization has their own fCOI policy, check the FDP clearinghouse website or refer to the the subrecipient's statement of intent (SOI).
