NIH issued Notice NOT-OD-22-183 to inform applicants of a change to the Eligible Individuals (Program Director/Principal Investigator) criteria list on the Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) Individual Predoctoral Fellowship to Promote Diversity in Health-Related Research (Parent F31-Diversity) to include the eligibility of candidate enrolled in a PhD or equivalent research degree program (e.g., EngD, DNSc, DrPH, DSW, PharmD, ScD) in the biomedical, behavioral, or clinical sciences at a domestic or foreign institution.
