Reminder: FY19 Q3 Quarterly Project Based Effort Certifications covering the period of performance January 1, 2019 – March 31, 2019 are due on Tuesday, June 4th. A big thank you to all who have completed this compliance task. For the ones that are still pending, please note the final eCRT reminder will go out to certifiers next Monday. It is highly recommended to complete the certification by Friday, May 31st.
Tips: Look for retro pays that were processed in Q3 but may be for other periods. All negative effort and amounts must be corrected prior to certification. These take time to fix and must be addressed promptly. If a statement is On Hold, the PI will not receive system generated email reminders and cannot certify any statements.
