The Financial Policy Office has posted draft guidance dated 12/5/22 for the Classification of Employee Fellows vs Nonemployee Fellows (both students and nonstudents). These documents are listed as working documents with a comment period through 5/31/23.

Harvard's hope is that schools and units will test these documents over the next few months and provide feedback. The materials will be modified, and additional materials created, based on comments we receive from the Harvard community.
