The Research Administration Portal shows faculty and researchers their outstanding research administration and compliance activities in one location. The home page lists the researcher’s tasks in GMAS, including signature requests and International Collaboration and Activities approvals that need to be completed or updated. Additionally, there are pages displaying requests under development, in review, or submitted to sponsor and segments that are currently active or ended within the last twelve months.

The May 2022 GMAS release will be available as of the start of business on Thursday, May 5th 2022. The focus of this release includes enhancements to support displaying preferred names in GMAS. Additional enhancements include updates to the GMAS person feed and tracking if proposals included subrecipients, as well as bug fixes.
Highlight of the changes in this release include:
Initial proposals and competing renewals will now ask whether the proposal has subrecipients
NIH (including help desks) will be closed, Monday, May 30, 2022 for Memorial Day. If a grant application due date falls on a federal holiday, the application deadline is automatically extended to the next business day.
NOTE: Harvard will be closed May 30 & 31, 2022 for the Memorial Day Holiday.
